EPIC OWNAGE

Update: IW declared victory and posted all pics of after we charged other rooms, but anyone with a brain (or eyes) can see from these pictures they got completely owned throughout the battle.  If they really won, they would have posted pics from when we were both in the room at the same time, obviously they couldn’t because those pics show them losing the entire time 🙄

The OA showed up in massive numbers on Snowmobile today, and slaughtered the IW all around the server.  May the pictures speak for themselves.  This was one of the most incredible battles I’ve seen recently.

The start of the battle, we completely controlled the Plaza:

Tundra Invasion Results

So the tundra invasion went down like this, at first we had a full chat but people left about 10 minutes into the battle. We had no IW even attack us for the whole battle except for the first 5 minutes and 5 minutes in the middle. So if IW attacks you for 5 minutes in one room then just leaves do they really win the battle? No because we claimed about 6 rooms and IW just went on and claimed snowforts.

But enough of that, WW and IW both still own tundra so the result of this battle didn’t change who owned tundra, what this battle did do is prove we are not did and we’re still major. Here’s some pics –

After this people started leaving and our full chat ended but great job to everyone who went even if it was just at the start you guys helped prove WW is still alive!

Read and Comment – This is Important

If you’ve checked the ranks page recently, you’ve probably seen a name you did not recognize under Leaders.  Which is why I’m here to introduce myself.  Under these dire circumstances in WW at present, I was called in by Luc in the hopes of restoring this army to its once-great form.  I have worked with Luc for a long time now, and have been in WW since February 2008.  You may not know who I am, but I can assure you I am more than qualified for this position.  I ask that you treat me as you would treat Luc, and I will work as hard as I can for you, but neither Luc, nor I, can do this alone.  We need you, the soldiers, to step up and fight, in the name of WW.  Together, we will make sure the Club Penguin Army community does not forget the name Watex Warriors.  This marks the return of a once-great army.  Are you up to the challenge?  I sure as hell am.  Let’s do it.

I’m not here to talk about myself as much as I am to talk about the future of WW.  We need to get active, first and foremost.

What does it mean to be active?  Sure it’s nice to see you on chat, or commenting on the site can help, but only one thing matters when it comes to being a successful army.  You have to show up to battles.  It makes no difference if you have 20 people on chat if only 5 go on Club Penguin.  You’ll get beat by any decent army.  Battling on Club Penguin is put up, or shut up.  That is where it all counts.

To emphasize this, I am proposing a new system for promotions.

How to Get Promoted in WW:

1. Attend as many battles as possible – We will be taking pics at the battles and we will know if you are there or not.  If you’re skipping too many battles, you probably won’t get promoted.  You make all the battles, you might even get a double promotion.  This is where it counts.
2. Be on chat – This doesn’t mean leave yourself logged on and then go off and do whatever else.  You need to be actively on chat, and this is something WW has never been very strong with.  The Leaders are going to start getting on chat more, so there will be plenty of activity.  Once we get people more active on chat, we will do unscheduled patrols of our servers, recruiting, etc.
3. Take the initiative – This means when you are on chat, do something on CP.  If you’re sitting there bored, you’re doing something wrong.  Get a group of WW soldiers and go patrol one of our servers.  Not all of an army’s activity can be scheduled, the foundation of an army is often how hard you work when no one is watching.  Prove to us just how loyal you are by doing something without being told.  This will earn you huge points with us.
4. Comment on the site – When we have a battle, you must comment if you can or cannot attend.  If we just had a battle, comment saying you made it.  That way when we go back to do promos, we can check the battle posts and see that you were there and cared to tell us.  We also want feedback.  If we ask for your opinion on something, or even if we don’t leave a comment telling us what you think, how we could do this better, and if you have a question about it.
5. Advertise – This is a big one.  We need to get our name out to other armies.  The Join page has a category for who recruited you.  You want us to see your name in that category as many times as possible.  Good ways to recruit other soldiers are making wwarmy.com your homepage both on WordPress (in comments) and on Chat, then comment on many different army sites.  Other ways you can recruit, tell all your friends about WW and convince them to join.  Go to other army chats and talk to people one-on-one (don’t spam main chat with links) about how great WW is and talk them into joining, and tell them to put down your name under who recruited them.  If we see that you’ve recruited a bunch of new soldiers to WW, you could get a big promotion.

  Ok guys their is a lot of negative stuff going around, not just here- Cp Armies in general is somewhat being negative. This post will talk about people suddenly “Giving Up, Admitting Defeat”, and the “Top Ten Armies.” Lets Get Started! (<< That sounded like Disney 411- ummm)

 Ok everyone is just admitting defeat it seems like. Gamer (Nacho Leader) admitted defeat (sorta), he more like gived in this Acp vs Nacho war. Which I hated really deeply! Gamer, why did you give up on that war! It was a perfect soothing war that everyone was enjoying and watching, and just tuning in!!! And Orange Alliance why did you decide that IW won the Husky Invasion (I heard from Clubpenguin Central site)??? I dont like seeing you just decide that your enemy (or opponet) won the battle! I mean keep battling! It can take a while for a Winner to come. There is no time limit. Just look at U.S vs Iraq if you want an example of what Im saying.

 And while we’re talking about IW, why the hell do you post a attack at 5 a.m PST!!! Do you seriously wanna show you have no lives! IW, really?! Whatever, do what you “gotta do.” 🙄 🙄

 Now lets talk about the Top Ten Armies. WHY DO WE HAVE THEM?! There just making Cp worse!! I instincly remember no Top Ten Armies in the past, just like maybe Top 3 armies or something.. Just really? Why do we have them! The only pro about them is getting people to work harder for their army to get into that Top 10. But other than that there just stupid to have! We Do NOT need Top Ten Armies!

 You people need to figure out that you shouldn’t give up. and we shouldn’t have Top Ten Armies. Its stupid! Just Stop It with the Giving Up, and you could please stop it with the Top Ten Armies.. its just driving people very INSANE!!

As I said a few days ago on this same post I am getting rid of the 3ic rank so below is a poll of who should be Co-Leader and the loser will be the highest mod rank. Idk how many times I’ve said this but here’s my final post on it. WW is falling and we need to do something about it, what are we going to do? Well here it is.

1. Put WW as your homepage. If you have MSN or yahoo well put WW as your homepage! Go to tools, internet options, homepage and type in http://wwofclubpenguin.wordpress.com ! Everytime WW is made a homepage it lets me know on the site, and if we can have at least 30 people then I will throw a party and give away days or something.

2. Advertise OUR site! Go on any clubpenguin site you see, it doesn't matter if it's an army or not and just comment saying "Join the Watex Warriors a place of Waffles and fun http://wwarmy.com "

3. Add the WW banner to your site! Add the WW banner to any of your sites and we will add you to our blogroll!

4. Recruit Recruit Recruit. It doesn’t really take all that long to get one of your friends to join all they have to do is comment on the join page, and yes the join page is being fixed so all you have to do is comment saying you want to join!

If we do these few things then we will be back on the top 10 by March which is only in a few weeks. The thing is, you guys have to want to be on the top 10 and be the 3rd best army again! I know we can and chat isn’t dead yet we still get at least half a full chat everyday so lets turn it into a full chat!

Now for some improvements and stuff we need to do to get us back on top.

1. We need to get rid of the 3ic rank because ever since that rank’s been there it hasn’t helped at all, So we will be having a poll to who should stay an owner rank this friday. So owners you better do your best this week if you don’t want to get demoted! (this goes for leaders and co’s too)

2. We need a WW graphics person, someone to design graphics for us that isn't in WW already. I will ask some people on chat or you may comment here. That person will be a mod on chat. 

3. I will be fixing the medals and Join page to make them better and so people won’t have to answer pointless questions when joining.

4. MORE PROMO DAYS!

5. Getting rid of authors who don’t post and adding new authors to post, possibly from other armies.

6. Daily xat/sub day giveaways

7. More invasions and Events that you guys would actually want to go to!
