Luc – I said you guys needed improvement
Well it wasn’t too bad. We had some people, but we were far from big. According to Luc though, we suck hairy monkey balls. Go figure. Anyway, anyone who has pictures (Ones that don’t suck too much), comment them.
1. Greenday9991 is an official WW leader now.
2. Events will be held every day, Recruiting will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, Parades/Parties will be Wednesday, and Invasions/Pb’s will be Friday. Sundays are break days. It doesn’t matter how much troops are online chat, you still must go on for the events. When recruiting, start off at the town for 10 minutes, take a break on the server for 10 minutes, then return to the town to recruit some more for 10 minutes.
3. Disco70s was voted as the join page manager, meaning she will be the one incharge of giving soldiers who join a rank.
Note to Disco: Soldiers with no experience are to be ranked no higher than Major. Soldiers with experience but only in low ranks are not to be ranked lower than major or higher than Brigadier. If a soldier with high experience joins tell a leader and they will rank them.
Also, with an event everyday. A owner rank will be expected to be online. Most weekday events (Monday-Friday) will be held at:
3:30 pm PST, 4:30 pm MST, 5:30 pm CST, 6:30 pm EST, & sorry U.K, to late for you.

What is required: Each soldier must recruit in the Town by the time the event starts, and must be saying “LOOK UP FEVERS ARMY ONLINE” “AND JOIN”, “TURN ORANGE FOR WAFFLES!”, or “TURN ORANGE TO JOIN THE ARMY!” etc.
If a soldier does not attend this event without giving a valid reason at least 2 days before the event, they will be demoted with no exceptions. This will test WW”s strength to be on the top 10 or not. This will also determine the troops who are most likely eligable for promotion on Promotion Day, February 20th.
This is the first step in the WW series: Operation Rise. Consisiting of 5 steps; 1. Training/Recruitings, 2. Government Organization, 3. Practice Battle bonanza, 4. Invasion of servers, 5. Get higher in the Top 10.

Okay, this is the only time i’m going to give suggestive resources to you all. Here’s my list I will be covering in this post.
Okay. In my waiting of 10 minutes AFTER the Chat Rally was scheduled.
As many of you know, I cannot be active due to the business of my schedule. However, I am sick today so I will be making this post. Bear with me as you read this.
First of all, I am retiring from every single army except the Watex Warriors. My schedule is way too busy and I cannot be active in Club Penguin Armies. I am terribly sorry. These are the armies that I have been in other than WW:
The Fire Warriors have been the 3rd best army I have ever been in. When I joined the Roman Fire Warriors, I mainly just followed Pringle64. However, I would have never known that the army would be as great as WW and HSA. I became great friends with many and having a close relationship with FW led them to become one of our two top allies. Without joining FW, I would have never met people such as Pochoma123, Crash, Latte, and others. Maybe I will rejoin this Summer if I have time, who knows?
I was never that active in the Army of Club Penguin. I only came to unscheduled events once in a while. However, I met many people in ACP such as Kenneth1000, Noka8, and others. Due to the fact that I have been great friends with Mchappy2 ever since we met in the Watex Warriors, the ACP has remained as our other top ally.
I wasn’t even active in the Ranger Troops. All I know is that I can see this army get into the Top 10 soon. I will be watching and waiting for that moment 😉
I would like to thank these armies for my time.
Secondly, I would like everyone to know that this will be the time of revival. I have a few things planned for this army, but time will take its role in this situation. I would just like to tell everyone not to plan any invasions against any army unless that army declares war on us. However, I will spoil three of the ideas:
This Friday at 12 AM EST, an active count will be published. You must comment on this active count or you will be taken off of the ranks. This active count will end next Friday night. This is more than a week so do not make excuses.
I’m going to be making a couple elections, but what ranks will these be for? Elections will come out later in February.
Lastly, I need to address something.
Why are we saying that Bri’s retirement is going to kill this army? When Luc left WW during the Summer of 2010, Bri held this army together. We didn’t fall or stay the same size, but what happened to WW was that we rose. No, I am not saying that Bri is almighty and powerful. But what I am trying to state is that we don’t need to be dependent on certain people. Luc was one of the foundations of WW. When Luc left, Bri held the foundations. Back then, Bri wasn’t as popular as today. But every soldier in WW kept their heads up when Luc retired and moved along as Bri became more and more beneficial to this army. No one knows who is holding the foundations now. But a new Wii, Luc, or Bri will rise and hold onto them. Do you want to keep your heads up and wait for the new Luc, or do you want this army to crumble down and die?
Also, the excuse “I have a life” is invalid. Start coming on chat when you can. You can be idle and be doing homework, I don’t care. But the chat issue is a domino effect. If one does not find another person online, that person will leave the chat. And this effect goes on. I’m not forcing you to go on chat, but do your best to.
Lastly, don’t complain about ranks. Armies are all about fun. Just trying to get up the ranks is not the fun I want you to have. I want you to start making friends, having fun at events, etc. If you’re trying to become an owner rank to lead, not for the powers on chat, tell me and I may start creating “You Lead” events. Part of my revival plan is trying to bring power down to the member and mod ranks so everyone can feel like a big part of this army! So please try not to complain about ranks.
I am not one of those sadistic leaders that have fun using their army to destroy other armies. Neither am I a ravenous, power-hungry one that just cares about getting the biggest army. I am one that just cares about this army and everyone in it.
Keep your head up WW. Be optimistic about this army. Look on the bright side.

I am SICK of people saying, “Uh, yeah, sorry, I have a life, imma not dedicate my life to some damn kiddies game.”
GUESS WHAT. I’M A KID TOO. I play sports, I have schoolwork, I have extra-curricular activities, and yes, guess what? I have a social life(who would have thought.) I don’t sit infront of a damn computer all day worrying about some Club Penguin game played with mostly nerds and pedos that won’t matter in 3 years. So if you’re goina use that bullshit “I have a life” excuse, then just leave. Because I have a life(shocker amirite), but I try pretty damn hard to fit this leading thing into my life. So I’m sorry if I’m not the most active leader right of the start. I will do my best to benefit the army. Some of the higher ranks can’t lead cause their older than me(if they’re in high school or something)and don’t have the time, or if they just don’t feel as much into this Warfare game as they did in the beginning. If that’s the case, please, please, PLEASE step down. There are plenty of people that are capable of being an active leader, and if you don’t think you got the time to be an active owner/mod, just step down to a rank that isn’t as commanding.

If you’re goina completely hate on us, and live by the statement, “Bri=WW. WW-Bri=nothing”, please gtfo. You are of no value here.
We’re not goina make her suffer by forcing her to come back AGAIN. WW, we will come through this struggle on top. The WW faithful will stay, while the followers of idols will merely drift away.

Bri’s edit to troops: Don’t make a mockery and joke of this army…
The LT battle was such a failure, I cannot even put it into words.
The Light Troops utterly owned us. Yes, I said it. I was confident we were going to do well, we got a good 25 Yes’s on the PB Post, and around 10 Maybes. I was expecting a minimum of 20 people to show up. How many showed up?

Yeah, that’s it. 7.
I see the problem now.
Bri.
All of you had such an enormous faith in Bri’s leadership, that when she left, you doubted we could still perform. Some of you left, others became inactive. You thought that my leadership will never match up to Bri’s, so you became inactive.
MAYBE MY TACTICS DO NOT MATCH BRI’S. MAYBE. BUT WE WON’T KNOW THAT YET, YOU KNOW WHY? BECAUSE NO MATTER HOW GOOD YOUR TACTICS ARE, YOU CANNOT WIN A BATTLE THAT IS 7-25.
And ok, lets say, lets just say, I’m the worst leader ever, worse than Chuck(I don’t think that’s actually possible xD), in WW history. THAT STILL WOULDN’T MAKE SENSE. YOU HAVE 3 LEADERS, 4 2ic’s, AND 2 3ics. We really only have 4 active owner ranks. And if you are an owner rank, YOU SHOULD BE ACTIVE.
And to finally end the Bri thing.
Bri can’t come back every single time to save us.
The things Bri and WW have to be seperate now.
Will Bri go down as one of the best leaders in WW of all time?
Yes.
Is she still a leader?
No.
We are going to have to learn how to lead without Bri.
I have a plan, but before we do that, we have to take down false idols in high places.
